Expats (individuals)
XpatWise also supports expats who arrange relocation themselves. For self-paid expats, clarity is essential. We explain what is realistic, outline clear steps and work with transparent packages. Throughout the process, you have one dedicated contact person who guides you from start to finish.
Who pays – and what that means
Relocation support can be arranged in different ways. Who pays the fee influences the focus of the process.
- Employer-funded: company contract. No costs for the expat.
- Employer budget: individual contract. Market-conform fees.
- Expat-funded: individual contract. Individual discounts may apply.
We work with clear packages and clear steps, so costs remain transparent. In every scenario, our approach stays the same: clear expectations and fast action.
